About Me
I’m Laura Meredith (she/her), a Certified Professional Coach and ambitious professional.
With a background in coaching, career strategy, and leadership development, I help ambitious professionals like you grow their confidence, break through perfectionism, and show up authentically to achieve meaningful results in their careers.
Through my own experiences with perfectionism and self-doubt, I know how hard it can be to pursue big goals while staying true to yourself. My own journey through perfectionism and self-doubt is what led me here – supporting others as they navigate those same inner barriers.
